Constable Angela Tuttle

We all remember being told the first rule of voting is always to vote for yourself - whether its in school, local or federal government. Angela Tuttle followed that piece of electioneering advice - and won!

From the Star Tribune:
"All it takes is one vote to win. Just ask a Tennessee woman who was elected constable by voting for herself.

Hancock County election officials said 131 voters of the 674 registered in the 3rd District voted Thursday. Tuttle's vote was the only one cast in the constable race. She will be sworn in Dec. 1."

So, next time you put your hand up - don't forget the Golden Rule - the first vote cast is always for yourself!
