Col. Dawne Deskins took command during a changing of the guard ceremony Friday morning in the Air Force Laboratory auditorium. Col. Deskins is no stranger to EADS; up until Friday morning, she was vice commander of the outfit responsible for safeguarding all U.S. airspace east of the Mississippi.
